Sales Representative

Basic Function: Develops strong customers’ relationship with pharmacies to identify the sales prospects and convert them to customers. Provides complete coverage of assigned territory. Prospect and generate new commercial business. Duties and Responsibilities: Regularly meet with sales supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers. Complete required customer Service Agreements (unaltered), reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy. Visits customers on regular basis, review their business needs, and updates sales orders on his HHT. Prepares daily sales orders to be loaded in his van and maintains appropriate van product mix. Opens new sales outlets under the supervision of his direct manager/ supervisor. Establish good relationship with pharmacies, chains and key persons. Submits daily sales and collection reports for review. Introduces and promotes new products to customers. Monitors paper and diaper market and provides feedback on competitors’ prices, terms and conditions, promotions ….etc. Maintains contacts with key customers’ staff, resolves any problems within his authority or refers to his direct manager/supervisor. Keeps records of customer performance (customer card), and determines customer potentials and projects sales in certain periods or seasons. Ensures the availability of our products collection in all pharmaceutical sector. Adheres to company credit policy: Collects all outstanding invoices. Provides collected amounts to cashier on daily basis. Reports any collection problems to his manager/supervisor.
