Identify, control, and make available selected software work products. Coordinate with the IT department for deployment on client servers. Monitor and control source code revisions and ensure deployments effectively on local and client servers. Update Development and QA Departments on deployment status. Conduct software baseline audits according to documented procedures. Review SCM activities with senior management on a periodic basis.
