Job Purpose: We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities and retaining customers. You Will Do: Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. Handle all correspondences with clients and advise on solution best practices. Responsible for the on-boarding process and dashboard training. Prepare reports on account status and track key account metrics. Coordinate and report technical issues and providing support for new features.
