Senior Procurement & Purchasing Specialist

Job Description: Handle the local and foreign purchasing necessities with special focus in the maintenance and production consumables. Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts. Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements. Provide and evaluate information's about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market. Ensure the all administration and documentation of purchasing processes (Requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, master data) are compliance with department policy. Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time pickup of all shipments. Following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the warehouse & Files all related documents. Communicate with our banks for various reasons including following up on our transfers and making sure our paperwork is correct. Must be able to complete our filing system, Read all emails and offers filled separately.
