The candidate should be Graduate(Preferably Engineering) with Master or PG Diploma in Operation/Services management and posses the following criteria: Must have basic knowledge with HP/LENOVO/IBM Authorized Service provider operations. Must possess the Prequalification to be as ASDP manager. Must have min 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Servers, Storage, computing products from known vendors like HP, LENOVO,DELL,IBM. Must understand the services Qualification requirements of these vendors.Must have the Target based achievement experiences for all sorts of AMC. Must carry the operational understandings of TAT for each/any of the above vendors. Must possess the cost analysis expert of Cost vs. Deliverables of Services events.
