Manage all the contractors, lead the meetings, controlling the schedule and the quality. Work closely with Engineering and Procurement team as needs to achieve the project target dates. Ensure implementation of the Project Procedures. Lead the project team, and manage and organize the sequence of work on site, from the commencement up to close out of the project. Control site staff man-hours and budgets. Lead pre-construction meetings and progress review meetings with the Contractors. Ensure the implementation of Safety rules
