Social Media Moderator is in charge with customer focus. He/She is responsible for creating excellent engagement on different social platforms. Supporting customers with, no errors, via messages. Keep contacting with customer. Starting with replying, explaining, answering questions, giving information, closing the deal. Ends with following up. Handle Customer comments and messages in Arabic and English on social platforms. Taking purchasing orders online. Follow up with customers before and after sale calls. Live chat with Customers to explain the products. Contacting and follow up with operation department. Confirming purchasing orders on system.
