Social Media Moderator

Our current open vacancy is for a Social Media Moderator, minimum one year experience, to work with a fun team on a contract based project lasting a number of weeks. You will have the opportunity to work for a large and very well known Retail Companies as part of the Online Marketing Center of Excellence! Project Overview: The Social Media Moderator will serve as: The day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for our client's social media properties – primarily Facebook. You will engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers. Daily Responsibilities: Management of a social media platform including posting and monitoring content. Compose content for social media messages and advertising creative assist in promotion & program development including concept development, message creation, integration with internal teams and project management as needed. Assist team in identifying trends, best practices and new developments within social media. Last but not least is gathering precise information that would be used to implement into the report. Scheduling social and commercial posts Monitoring the fans behavior Replying all "comments, messages, and reviews" Generating moderation reports Answering comments, messages, and reviews Working Hours: Moderation during working days Morning Round: Between 10:00am and 05:00pm Night Round: Between 10:00pm and 2:00am Moderation during the weekends Morning shift an hour observation from (10am - 2pm) Night shift an hour observation from (10pm - 2am)
