Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities Is responsible for interviewing, scheduling testing, and referring applicants to Seniors for conducting Demos, besides, he/she is expected to bring new ideas, strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring hiring top talent for our teams. Determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Participate in the recruitment exhibitions and work on registering the company in exhibitions to provide opportunities to choose the best elements Maintain the existing staff database and prepare the actual strength report for all posts. Review the evaluations of the new employees after the probation period of appointment to determine the adequacy and efficiency of the employee. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
