Telesales Account Manager -Offshore Account

Secure new business through outbound telesales activity, achieving key performance indicators and revenue targets, this process will include; Cold calling of UAE Based businesses / prospective customers Demonstrating the Dubizzle Jobs product to prospective customers Throughout prospect contact, apply excellent selling and listening techniques to; overcome / manage objections, facilitate effective customer proposal design and secure new business in a timely manner Demonstrate effective personal time and prospect management to identify and follow up new business sales opportunities Manage personal workflow / prospect database effectively to ensure targeted marketing activity Service and contact existing customer portfolio to ensure that; Customer expectations are met and exceeded Customer relations are managed to a high level Customer renewal and retention are maximized Cross sell / customer growth opportunities are identified and acted upon To achieve / exceed all personal / team KPI and revenue targets set by the business management [daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets are defined] Successful candidates will be trained and fully supported to:Build a sales pipeline.
