Admission Executive

The Admission Assistant will be responsible to assist the Admission Manager in all Admission functions. These would include receiving and guiding prospective clients (parents) through the application and admission processes; administering the application through The Baby Academy’s system; as well as all other functions related to customer relationship management. Working closely with the Admission Manager, the Admission Assistant will be responsible of achieving admission targets set for the Center. Her job would also include coordinating supportive services of the Center, reception and other office support services. The Admission Assistant will be in charge of responding to all inquiries and questions by the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. She will be responsible of staying abreast of academic policies and regulations to provide current reliable information about admission requirements, forms and procedures to applicants and setting up and monitoring all incoming student files for required documentation. She will assist the Admission Manager in receiving all payments made to the Center and maintain records. The Admission Assistant will report directly to the Admission Manager.
