Call Center Agent

Candidate will be responsible for receiving all inbound calls and explaining the company services to the callers while properly reflecting the company’s image Entering the caller’s data in the CRM system quickly and without any spelling mistakes Making outbound calls every morning for the missed calls that were received by the voicemail after working hours Following up on potential clients that requested a follow-up (CRM system makes the reminder based on data entry filled out by call center agents) Other responsibilities include continuous service knowledge learning (training will be provided by the Global Medical Group from London)
