Required for 36 months reconstruction project of Vlora River Road (75 K.M) Chief Resident Engineer shall be provided on a full time basis during the works for the construction project . The Chief Resident Engineer must be a permanent employee of Consulting Company. He/she shall be the Manager / Coordinator of the Site Supervision Team, with responsibility for supervision, any revisions to the design of the Works and for all reporting. During the Inception Period and DLP the Chief Resident Engineer shall be present in accordance with the Consultant's proposal and as required for successful completion of the Services.
