Client Success Manager

Responsibilities: Own overall relationship with clients, which include: optimizing clients’ experience, ensuring retention, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Establish a strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of our products and services. Work with clients to establish critical goals and aid the client in achieving their goals. Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities. Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
