Community Manager

Customer Relations: assisting all drop-ins and walk-bys, as well as our members' clients visiting the space. Customer support by answering questions and managing any online feedback and building relationships with customers as well as potential customers. Managing all member requests, needs and relations within the community. Communications Strategy: create strategic communication plans to provide direction for the clients public facing communications. Generate weekly reports on our membership, sales and marketing programs. Other administrative tasks, as needed, related to managing the space, the amenities, and the membership. Registering new members and acclimating them to 302Labs community and quicly close new sales and leases. Events and Events Planning: attending clients events in the coworking space and planning meetings for the community.
