Job Summary: Helping employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, provide complete training, and share his/her expertise in ways that motivate others. Responsibilities: Coordinate with the first line managers and the coordinators to prioritize training needs and determine the specific requirements of each job description Works with management to schedule training programs for all staff Translate requirements into training programs that will coach employees for the next step of their career path Prepare knowledge tests, self-assessments, questionnaires, and surveys to determine the specific areas in need of development, and the suitable programs for the employees Design effective training materials and programs Deliver the soft skills training programs to the employees Apply and keep up with the latest teaching techniques of a corporate training environment Keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees
