Electrical Tendering Engineer

Prepare initial time schedule and cash flow in coordination with the concerned departments Ensure all resources that are critical and needed for project completion are well met and allocated correctly Responsible for monitoring overhead calculations Ensure the tender processes from the pre‐qualification stage to the final bid submission are well implemented Conduct in‐depth analysis of all bids received in response to each proposal and quotation Prepare and review the P&L (profit and loss) reports Ensure the effective implementation of the tendering policies and procedures Ensure jobs and responsibilities assigned are being done effectively as requested Ensure the accuracy alignments of the preliminary preparation of gross margins of projects with the sales and the concerned department Prepare client requirements and proposal preparation information
