HR Coordinator

Tasks And Duties Assists in the recruitment and interview process. Filtering and searching applications/CVs. Call Shortlisted candidate for an interview Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database. Follow up with newly hired staff on the required hiring papers Data entry for the phone call tracker and interviews tracker Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Schedule meetings, interviews and any other HR activities etc. Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires Responsible for preparing job offer and hiring documents Insure all new hires had submitted the required hiring documents Administrative support to HR department in all areas. Participates in HR reports preparation. Assist in any other tasks as required.
