Monitors and coordinates instructional personnel hiring, promotion and tenure processes on the campus. Ensures that established promotion and tenure policies and procedures are followed. Establishes and monitors faculty review schedules; adjusts schedule as needed. Coordinates academic personnel searches and hiring processes; ensures appropriate approvals are obtained. Investigates, evaluates and resolves typical administrative/operational problems.
