OD Specialist

Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with Department Heads. Make Job Analysis and Design Job Describtions and KPIs for each position. Follow-up the Probation Period Process Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyse data to detect and solve turn over reasons performance management, training & development, retention programs, employees relations, knowledge management, and productivity improvement projects to ensure alignment with HR strategy Recommend training and development systems.
