● Responsible for fulfilling recruitment needs including sourcing, phone screening, testing, interviewing and shortlisting applicants.● Follow up on contracts and hiring documents finalization with the newly hired employees.● Conduct Job analysis and create job profiles.● Identifying internal training needs by interviewing managers, supervisors, and resources.● Follow up on designing and developing Aria business and technical training outlines and curriculum.● Participate in developing and applying Aria training standards.● Communicate with external training providers and prepare training annual budget and priorities.● Build annual training program and preparing training plan.● Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.● Participate in developing Aria training standards.● Follow up and make sure that managers and supervisors implement monthly performance appraisal on time and according to Aria standards.● Participate in planning and implementing team building activities.● Respond in a timely manner to all employee day to day requests/inquiries. ● Provide HR support for entry to mid-level employees including employee relations, career growth, exit interviews.● Update HR reports and documents on a weekly and monthly basis.
