Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all management and associates. Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the business needs. Track and follow up the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives regarding the managers. Organizing and maintaining daily tasks and making appointments, dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. Assist in the evaluation regarding the manager’s semiannual appraisal. Attend with the General Manager Most of the meetings, take notes and write minutes of meeting. Follow up and filling all contracts, deadlines regarding the manager’s tasks. Surfing and searching through the internet as per General Manager Needs Other duties as assigned by General Manager and all board members. Assist Operation Manager in all possible works like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations. Assist in setting appointments and organizing agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings. Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications. Provide administrative services for the managers. Book tickets, accommodations and arrange travel matters. Prepare letters, presentations and reports. Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems. Work with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties
