Sales operations’ Analysis § Responsible for business communication between Company and sales force by Managing deployment of selected oracle system between company and branches. § Responsible of POSM (Point of sales material) breakdown and distribution to branches’ warehouses through coordination with supply chain and branch managers along with the follow up on delivery schedules. § Monitor branches’ business process by following up on branches’ sell in, sell out, stock replenishment and expenditure. § Tracking of monthly sales targets and achievements by developing, updating and communicating daily Sales report to ensure alignment of Branch Managers. § Follow up on sales incentives by issuing incentives reports on regular basis as per company sales policy.
