1. Participating with the product owner in setting the product vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and user stories. 2. Helping the product owner organize the product backlog items into relevant releases. 3. Facilitating meetings for the scrum team; release plan meetings, sprint plan meetings, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review and retrospective meetings. 4. Coaching team members; helping them to make decisions, fostering the team’s self-organization and self-management skills. 5. Maintaining the repository of the product backlog, sprint backlog, team capacity, team velocity, burn up charts and information radiators, defects, through TFS/JIRA or any other project management tool. 6. Helping the team to get rid of impediments; fixing their problems, accelerating their needs, helping them to stay focused on the sprint goal, and keeping away any distractions. 7. Helping the team to continuously improve their process; applying new practices, refining definition of Done, etc... 8. Assisting with prioritization and resolution of software defects. 9. Managing the conflict of goals between development team and product owner. 10. Reporting to the product’s stakeholders the release status, and the team’s planned and actual velocity per sprint. 11. Overseeing the whole process of producing a deliverable software product; starting with reviewing user stories details, prototypes, graphical screens, development implementation and testing, user manuals, deployments, and applying clients’ feedbacks. 12. Participating with the product owner in setting the product vision, road map, backlog, priorities, and user stories.
