Secretary

Main Duties: Manage MD office schedule by maintaining calendars, arrange meetings, conferences, make travel arrangements, etc. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences phone calls, letters, emails, etc. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as requested. Performs any other related duties and tasks as required.
