• Managing Chargeback activities. • Reconciliation of Cards accounts. • Monitoring the budgeted cost and income line of Card Division • Prepare Final Report for each income unit of all transactions done in the governmental sites. • Receiving customer complaints and concerns and investigate each case separately to solve any problem which may face our customers. • Performance of any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager/supervisor.
