Implementation of establishment’s activity, according to KidZania’s essence, Industry Partners and KidZania’s standard operations procedures including pre-activity (recruiting, queuing, welcoming visitors and getting ready), main activity (training, role-playing and closing) and post activity (cleaning and restoring) Follow the company principles in their daily activities Attend complaints, provide solution if possible or transfer them to the department coordinator or appropriate department Elaborate daily checklists of the establishment (Activities) conditions such as (signs, lighting, audio, uniforms, consumables and giveaways) Register establishment visitor’s attendance through the system and manually in case of system failure or absence Clean the establishment and maintain it in order and in good condition (before, during and after the operation) Provide important establishment’s information to visitors
