A Co in Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire RECRUITERS - PART TIME to work from ANYWHERE. He/She will be responsible for ALL THE TASKS RELATED TO RECRUITING LIKE NOT LIMITED; *Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy*Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job *Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Recruitment Websites ADS, social media etc*Screen candidates resumes and job applications*Filtering CVS/Resume via different sources*Downloading/Uploading CVS to the assigned databases *Conducting interviews (OVER THE PHONE) and filtering candidates for open positions*Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Requirement; *Proven work experience as a Recruiter minimum 2 years *Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews *Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)*Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Strong decision-making skills Qualifications; *Fluent in English & Arabic Languages*Familiar with Job Posting/Ads in different tools *Data Entry Skills Details; • Job Type: Part Time job• Working Hours: 4 Hours per day with FULL AVAILABLE FOR CALLS DURING DETERMINED WORKING HOURS • Working Days: 6 Days per week (Sat. to Thu.)• Hourly Rate will be applied
