Direct the overall planning, operation, and administration of the HR department including implementation of personnel and risk management policies and procedures, development of policy, and ensures compliance of local laws. Develop and implement Salary grades and structure, review and prepare compensation packages of new recruits. Create Performance Management and KPIs System across whole company Evaluates need for recruitment & selection of new staff, acts accordingly after approval through channels of interviewing& selection criteria in accordance with the company policies& regulations. Guides the overall goals and direction of the department to be consistent with the goals and objectives of the assignment and ensures that activities comply with established regulation and restrictions. Develops, conducts, administers, and communicates plans to assist staff, management, and employees in personnel policy, procedures, and guidelines regarding benefits, compensation, employment law, and human relation. Responsible for all aspects regarding the annual and or periodical performance appraisal of all the company staff in association with department directors. Budgets, accounts and reports to director of finance for all revenue and expenditures of the training plan and budget carried out by the department Takes action on key HR metrics to improve employee service levels and process administration
