Duties & Responsibilities 1. Participates in setting the company’s commercial strategy and yearly plan regarding brake fluids and other fluids throughout Egypt, communicates the strategy and plan to the Category Managers and the Key Accounts and B2B Manager, and ensures its implementation. 2. Reviews, adjusts, and approves the sales forecast and sales plan. Oversees alignment with the operations department. Reviews sales reports, provides inputs and recommendations, and follows up on execution. 3. Sets and updates the sales and pricing strategies with his team (i.e. Key Accounts and B2B Manager, Brake Fluids Manager and Other Fluids Manager) and with the guidance of the Marketing & Sales Manager to ensure compliance with the sales force capacity, and to ensure company profitability. 4. Approves proposals for sales initiatives targeted at Al Manar’s Clients. Maintains and maximizes positive business relationships with Al Manar’s clients. Communicates and networks when needed with the clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Immediately addresses any challenges faced. 5. Approves the planned trade marketing activities to attract new customers, maintain existing customers, grow existing channels, and build new channels. 6. Consolidates sales reports, presents them to the Marketing & Sales Manager, and discusses results and needed corrective action. 7. Ensures coordination and communication within department when needed. 8. Proactively engages with the other functions involved in the sales process to ensure timely delivery to the client (i.e Operations, Finance, รข€¦ etc) 9. Conducts appraisals for his direct reports and sets development plans for his team.
