Job Purpose: Has overall responsibility and accountability for customer PO handling till delivery. Key Tasks/Accountabilities: Handling Customers orders to ensure that customer is updated and satisfied in all steps. Follow customer payment in case of advance payment. Handling purchasing after payment confirmation. And follow with vendor till getting the order confirmation and ensure that it matches our PO. Update the order status and delivery dates on system and update the customer by the estimated delivery date.. Arrange shipments pickup with vendor’s logistics team. Track shipments and take the required arrangement to release shipments from customs. Coordinate with the Governmental authority to get the necessary approvals. Coordinate with agents to arrange delivery to the customers. Confirm efficient delivery of goods to the customer. Inform the accounts team by the delivery in case of credit orders to follow the payment. RMA Handling. Invoices tracing. Stock/ demo purchasing.
