Office Manager

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organizations and clients. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal team and/or clients. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers. Produce reports, presentations and briefs. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Handling requests and queries appropriately.
