To promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers. Know all the information on devices and provide a full explanation about them. Provide regular reports on customers and how satisfied or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products with the explanation. To provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices , offers and new products and follow all contingencies of a new market . Attend seminars and scientific conferences internal and external Follow-up after-sales customer and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints and submit them to the department head.
