Setting targets for the team and achieving them. Set weekly, monthly and yearly goals for the team to achieve. Generate plans to enhance performance and productive of sales team. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Supervise sales team and handle the cycle of complains or requests by customers. Attend Manage sales exhibitions and events to promote company image and expand company network. Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market and participate in meetings and seminars Prepare monthly reports to the CEO & Chairman Other duties reasonably relating to this position
