Recruitment coordinator

• Filter and screen resumes • Post openings in different recruitment sources, utilizing the Internet for recruitment, and using social and professional networking sites, to identify and source candidates • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Research, recommend and open new sources for candidate recruiting. • Improve the company website recruiting section regularly to assist and facilitate the recruitment process • Follow up and attend the popular and important career fairs for recruiting and company recognition • Updating the recruitment database and completing reports on employment activity as required • Conduct and facilitate new hires orientation, prepare offer letters, notify applicants of consideration or rejection, perform references check, and conduct exit interviews. • Conduct regular follow-up with the HR manager, to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation • Tracks a list of the best recommended recruitment agencies with their terms and conditions • Measures the performance of the HR Recruiters based on the recruitment metrics, reporting it to the HR Manager • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date • Trains the new HR Recruiters (induction program)
