Ensure all targets are achieved by selling value propositions including products, and professional solutions to new and existing customers within selected accounts and territories Prospecting new clients who could benefit from MIS solutions Managing and interpreting customer requirements Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs Liaising with other members of the presales team and other technical experts in order to facilitate tailoring the best solutions that fit clients’ unique needs Coordinating sales projects Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Responds to customers’ inquiries and Sales requests in a timely manner Conduct solutions’ presentations and demonstrations Prepare and negotiate financial offers Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales skills. Submit & update formal reports to sales manager promptly on the status of accounts Actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up-to-date with the industry trends Prepare the monthly sales forecast report
