About the Job Meet with customers to understand needs, problems, objectives and business requirements to drive the application demonstrations according to their needs. Work with the sales team and project managers to define the overall solution. Identify the technical recommendation in order to help the sales team offering the client the best value. Formally responding to the customer RFI’s and RFP’s. Document and analyze required information and data related the solutions road map features. Presenting products/solutions verbal and written. Preparing reports about the market trends, the latest technology and the competitive position. Assisting customers to maximize returns on their SAP investments Providing SAP functional advice on SAP S/4 Hana ERP and SAP HCM modules or more process areas from Financial Planning, Order to Case, Source to Settle, Managerial Accounting, Record to Report and Enterprise Performance Management processes Knowledge of the full suite of SAP’s ERP solutions Guiding client staff in the upgrade decision making process
