Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales / Customer Service specialist with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Handle Customer enquiries and Tele sales. Generating appointments / qualified leads through cold calling with a wide range of small businesses. Work cross functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to drive incremental revenue. Persuading potential customers to purchase the company products. Contacting merchant’s prospective opportunities through outbound work. Developing a pipeline of merchant interest and prospects. Delivering a level of service that creates a significant difference. Delivering solutions to both merchants and the internal Business Development team.
