It enjoys continuous growth. As such, it is currently looking for a bilingual lawyer with at least 5-10 years of experience in Law. We are looking for a fully Bilingual Arabic / English lawyer to join us in our Cairo office. Focusing on work, you will get the opportunity to turn your hand to a broad range of matters. You need to have a significant experience, for example in corporate structuring, drafting of agreements, advising on a labor and other matters. At least five years local experience would be desirable The role will also involve managerial work, so experience in a similar role is essential. Required Qualification: The candidate must have experience working on Corporate law, Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law.
