Category Marketing Manager-BTC

Leads One or Two Business Lines/Product Categories from End to End both, locally and internationally. Responsible for Categories P&L (Revenues, Gross Profits and Net Profits). Helps the Marketing Director with Strategizing for the Assigned Categories. Acts as the Categories Custodian in the organization. Leads the New Product Development Calendar and Products Road Map in Coordination with Marketing Research, Research & Development, Design Team and Manufacturing Team. Manages the different marketing mix elements (Product, Packaging, Promotions, Placement, Pricing) for the assigned categories Manages the Marketing calendar for his assigned categories across the globe, in coordination with Marketing Director. Briefs MARCOM manager with his categories' business needs and priorities, revises his media and creative proposals and approves them in alignment with Marketing Director. Provides support for Regional Sales Manager and Local Sales teams to help them achieve sales targets in their respective markets. Lead the Marketing Research projects for his assigned categories, in coordination with Marketing Research Manager
