The candidate has to have excellent communication skills in Arabic and in English to be able to successfully communicate and support our clients, he also needs to have organization skills to be able to organize tasks and efficiently deliver client requirements. Responsibility: As CS: Answer product and service questions Open customer accounts by recording account information Maintain customer records by updating account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution. Refer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support tech. As CM: Maintain responsibility for the configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and software, licenses, media, and other IT assets Develop, manage and maintain CM plans, standard operating procedures, and policies. Review and provide comments on change requests (CRs) Manage change control activities and CM databases
