- Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences ( e-mail, letters, & packages) - Greet visitors & determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. - Make & confirm all travel arrangements -Handle all confidential documents ensuring they remain secure -Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible -conduct research & prepare presentations or reports as assigned - Attend meetings in order to record minutes
