Manage the implementation of the annual Division plan and ensure objectives achievement in line with established plans. Provide direction to subordinates and support in the achievement of their job requirements through managing performance, motivation, provision of appraisals and other formal and informal feedback in order to ensure a positive work climate that maximizes subordinate and Division performance. Develop and submit for approval the division budget ensuring that adequate provision made for all activities and maintain budgetary cost control within the division to achieve cost effectiveness. Direct the process of managing relationships with direct and indirect sales channels and follow-up reports on the sales funnel development. Direct the identification and development of a network of strategic customer contacts and opinion leaders relevant to the business area in order to build long lasting profitable relationships and promote THE COMPANY’s interests. Ensure the review, short-listing and contracting of sales agents and follow up on sales agents’ targets and compensation, to ensure that the proper channel and incentives are in place to achieve sales objectives. Ensure meeting sales targets within the targeted timeframe, to ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets. Ensure consistently providing market intelligence and propose ‘unique selling points’ for proposed project ideas in order to bridge the market knowledge gap.
