Head Of Sales (Real Estate)

 Manage the implementation of the annual Division plan and ensure objectives achievement in line with established plans. Provide direction to subordinates and support in the achievement of their job requirements through managing performance, motivation, provision of appraisals and other formal and informal feedback in order to ensure a positive work climate that maximizes subordinate and Division performance. Develop and submit for approval the division budget ensuring that adequate provision made for all activities and maintain budgetary cost control within the division to achieve cost effectiveness. Direct the process of managing relationships with direct and indirect sales channels and follow-up reports on the sales funnel development.  Direct the identification and development of a network of strategic customer contacts and opinion leaders relevant to the business area in order to build long lasting profitable relationships and promote THE COMPANY’s interests. Ensure the review, short-listing and contracting of sales agents and follow up on sales agents’ targets and compensation, to ensure that the proper channel and incentives are in place to achieve sales objectives.  Ensure meeting sales targets within the targeted timeframe, to ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets. Ensure consistently providing market intelligence and propose ‘unique selling points’ for proposed project ideas in order to bridge the market knowledge gap.
