About the Job The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning & development and performance management, etc. Primary responsibilities: Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, planning, etc.). Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork. Execute change initiatives based on needs (retention, compensation, organizational development, etc.). Lead other special projects when required. Lead Orchidia talent management initiatives.
