Handle screening process & selection of qualified calibers through conducting phone interviews.Arrange interviews time schedules.Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates.Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on-board.
