KarmSolar is keen on maintaining its position ahead of the local and regional markets through adopting creative technical, commercial, and financial mechanisms that would allow it to grow and benefit the community. Main Responsibilities and Duties: The accounting team will be at the heart of the financially creative models that we will build and scale over the coming year. Performance of periodical accounting activities. Coordination and completion of periodical financial audits. Maintenance and balancing of the group accounts. Supervising the efficiency of financial transactions in the holding company and its subsidiaries. Working closely with other departments to track project expenses. Conducting tax computations, returns filings, payment compliance and tax reporting. Relationship and transaction management with financing institutions. Forecasting, analyzing, and reviewing payroll, billing, and inventory control. Managing the day to day cash flow activities. Following up on the daily collection with the clients. Working Conditions: Daily working hours are typically from 9am – 6pm consisting of 8 hours per day with 1 hour break, Sundays - Thursdays. Overtime will be necessary when required. Indoors, shared working space. Weekends are rarely used except in situations where there are deadlines to be met.
