Supervising all Sr. Instructors and Instructors. Developing all the already-hired instructors. Instructors' supervision. (monitoring, mentoring, consultation and evaluation) Making workshops for all the Senior Instructors in order to develop their performance. Managing all the Sr. Instructors and Instructors problems, salary issues, all kind of leaves and any other issue related to the work. Handling all hiring and terminating updates and inform the HR with it. Responsible for the demos of the new Instructors and attending the final assessment to pick up the best caliber. Follow up on the missing and new numbers of attending students in all the classes with the Sr. Instructor. Responsible for the curriculum development. Follow up with the instructors their adherence to the house rules. Observe classes on a regular base to ensure the use of a variety of instructional strategies. Taking disciplinary actions with instructors who do not follow the rules by deductions, written and verbal warning. To ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and technical standards throughout branches with Sr. Instructors. To identify under performing instructors and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively. To recruit and ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new instructors and monitor ongoing performance needs. Directing and following up the whole Instructor Cycle.
