The logistics coordinator is responsible for processing the orders in a timely manner from different departments and different brands. It’s a key position in our organization. Duties: Reviews ordered items with sales coordinators. Reviews delivery dates with suppliers. Arranges shipments for ready orders in a timely manner. Contacts shipping companies for best freight offers. Follows up the goods from sailing to warehouse arrival. Ensures documents are as requested for shipment clearance. Confirms shipments’ invoices date and due dates accuracy. Updates suppliers’ orders sheets on daily basis. Communicate with departments about orders arrival dates. Responds to suppliers regarding shipments and invoices.
