MAR-COM and Events Manager

Turn the Creative, Media, Activations and PR strategies into actionable plans Act as the internal agency for the Category Marketing Managers, attending to their media, creative, activations and PR briefs, and act as the contact link between the team and the respective agencies. Manage the relationship and the day to day operations with the assigned Media, Creative, PR and Activations agencies Brief the different agencies with the business needs and short list best proposals to share with Marketing Director and Category Marketing Managers Drive the Media, Creative, Activations and PR Calendars and budgets under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Negotiate quotations with agencies, and optimize the proposals and outcomes. Lead and inspire the agencies for delivering the best technical outcome both artistically and financially. Drive the media management process in coordination with Marketing Director, making sure Asfour is getting the best discounts and optimal spots in best relative channels Drive the Creative Development process in coordination with Marketing Director. Lead the preparations and executions for events and fares both in Egypt and internationally.
