Planning for field visits for terminally ill patients. Conducting field visits for: Assessing the new terminally ill case in the 1st visit. Follow up visits of some patients. Supervising field coordinators (Facilitating the timing, cars and team members). Planning to provide the social, psychological, nursing and financial needs of the terminally ill patients. Assisting the general manager in the administrative procedures. Helping the general manager in setting the foundation strategic plan and objectives. Preparing for meetings and presentations for public awareness, recruiting volunteers and fundraising activities. 8. Helping in preparing and conducting training courses for staff and volunteers. Follow up of volunteer performance (Monitoring, guiding, training and categorizing as active or inactive volunteer). Searching for different interested donors. Network with other partners. Making sure quality management procedures are followed. Preparing for board of trustees weekly meeting. Coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
